Steve Howard is responsible for the development of new business, creating, coordinating, and implementing cost-effective insurance risk management programs for his accounts. In conjunction with the Ralph C. Wilson Agency service team, he provides excellent service and innovative solutions for both commercial and personal clients.

With more than 17 years of insurance industry experience, Howard has served in a variety of service and professional capacities. Prior to joining the Ralph C. Wilson Agency in 1999, he worked at Emerson Prew Agency, Imco Corporation, and began his insurance career with Cambridge Underwriters, Ltd. in 1987.

Mr. Howard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Olivet College, majoring in Business-Concentration of Insurance, with a second Major in English. He was a founding member of the Gamma Iota Business Insurance Fraternity, at Olivet College. After passing a series of national examinations, Steve became a member of the prestigious society of Certified Insurance Counselors in 1990. In addition to holding a Property & Casualty Insurance License, Steve has also received the Charted Property & Casualty Underwriter Designation (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations.
