Pete Stava is currently part owner of Employee Benefits Plus, a company specializing in small to mid size business in regards to medical, dental disability, voluntary benefits and 401k.  Now affiliated with the Ralph C. Wilson Agency, he will be able to provide expanded services to his current and future prospective clients.  Combining the strength of two companies will allow Pete to offer Risk Management Services and also benefit from strong insurance company relationships to provide the best benefit solutions and rates.

Pete started his career with The Equitable in 1978 and began selling group medical insurance shortly hereafter.  In 1987 he continued to sell employee benefits and became a sales manager for Transamerica.

In 1998 he established Employee Benefits Plus which developed into a viable benefits company offering unprecedented service to his clients. 

Pete is a graduate of Western Michigan University and has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, National Association of Life and Health Underwriters as well as a Field Counsel Member.
