Larry Rybacki joined the Ralph C. Wilson Agency in May 2005 as Director of Business Development. He leads the agency's newly formed Automotive Group Organization which focuses expressly on the development of insurance and risk management programs for companies within the global automotive supply base.

Mr. Rybacki is a former 35-year automotive industry senior executive spending a distinguished career at the Ford Motor Company and the last 25 years as Director, Procurement and Supply for DaimlerChrysler Corporation. He is a graduate and earned a Bachelor of General Studies Degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Rybacki has also completed extensive studies abroad concentrating on business management and leadership from INSEAD in Fountainebleau, France.

Throughout the years, Mr. Rybacki has been very active in his contribution and leadership of high-profile community, civic and philanthropic causes. He currently serves as Co-Chairman of the annual University of Michigan Hospital and National Cancer Prevention Fundraiser.
