Brian J. Clement is responsible for the development of new business as well as supervising, creating and implementing effective insurance solutions for his clients.

From March of 2002 to April of 2004, Brian focused the majority of his efforts on building his personal agency, The Woodward Agency LLC. In April 2004, The Woodward Agency and Ralph C. Wilson Agency joined forces. Mr. Clement will heavily target the small to middle market accounts.

Mr. Clement's business philosophy focuses on building solid and lasting business relationships. Mr. Clement educates his clients on the difference between purchasing insurance and being completely insured. This education and understanding allows his clients to feel a high level of comfort in knowing their business and personal interests are well-protected.

Running his own business, Brian experienced and continues to experience the needs and demands of business owners. His personal involvement in the day-to-day operations of a small business puts him on the same side of the table as his clients. Brian's personal experience allows him to completely understand the requirements of today's business owner. Mr. Clement centrally focuses his business in the employee benefit and commercial insurance area. From group health and disability to worker's compensation, Mr. Clement has the resources and knowledge readily available for today's business world.

Mr. Clement grew up locally in the Detroit area. After graduating with honors from Brother Rice High School, he went on to receive his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Michigan State University in 1998.
